BACKUP Steps

File > Backup Database
Click the three dots "..."
Choose your destination folder (it may be your external hard disk)
Click "OK"
Let it run, do not close the window until it shows you a message informing backup database successful
Check your destination folder to ensure your backup is complete

Remember to do backup regularly to avoid any malfunction of your PC and data corruption.
