RESTORE Steps

• Before login to your SQL, click the three dots "..."
• Click "Restore"
• Click "..." to find your backup file
• Double click your backup file 
• Click "OK"
• Let it run, do not close it until it shows you a message informing restore database successful
• Double click your latest restore, login

BACKUP Steps

• File > Backup Database 
• Click the three dots "..."
• Choose your destination folder (it may be your external hard disk)
• Click "OK"
• Let it run, do not close the window until it shows you a message informing backup database successful 
• Check your destination folder to ensure your backup is complete 

Remember to do backup regularly to avoid any malfunction of your PC and data corruption.
